Substance Abuse Treatment
- Momentum’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and addictions counseling program provides Intensive Outpatient services (IOP). We concentrate on concerns such as trauma, loss, sorrow, neglect, and violence, which often may be the root cause of substance abuse. Working with individuals in re-entry programs to instruct them on how to reacclimate to life without substances is an area in which we have extensive experience.
Furthermore, we ensure individualized reporting and adherence by conducting weekly drug toxicology screenings and providing the referring agency with updated progress documentation. Momentum provides pre-trial intervention and relapse prevention services, in addition to ongoing access to community resources throughout the course of treatment.
