LGBTQ+ Division (PRP)
Momentum offers Case Managers that identify as part of the LGBTQ + community. We work with children, adolescents, and adults who identify as part of this community and live with a mental health condition. Our behavioral health team is dedicated to promoting a healing and supportive environment and is equipped to give LGBTQ+ individuals care that is culturally competent.
